letsbuild is for adults. You must be at least eighteen years old to play, regardless of where you live or what the local age of majority is. The age gate at the entrance is a simple click-through, but lying to it is a violation of these terms and a reason for us to block your access.
You agree not to use the platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion programme run by a gambling regulator, even though letsbuild does not involve real-money play. The score-chase loop is similar enough that we would rather you stayed away while the exclusion is in effect.
letsbuild is a free-to-play social game played for points. Points have no monetary value. They cannot be cashed out, traded between accounts, redeemed for goods or services, or exchanged for any other thing of value. Nothing on the platform is a wager, a bet, a prize draw, or a sweepstake. We do not hold a gaming licence and we do not need one for what we do.
Do not break the site, scrape it at scale, attempt to manipulate the leaderboard with scripts, or use the platform to harass other players. The leaderboard handles are anonymous, but we still expect adults to behave like adults. We reserve the right to block IPs, invalidate scores, and remove users who behave in bad faith.
letsbuild is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the site online and the game working, but we make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or the absence of bugs. To the maximum extent allowed by Québec and Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec.
